Your Business Needs to Survive, So Undergo Three Important Training Programmes

There are three basic and important management training programmes that every organisation, whether business or non-profit, would require keeping its human resources and the systems and processes in a continuously competitive mode, in order to survive.

The Knowledge Academy of UK has developed these three important training programmes. The first is called Managing Successful Programmes, or Msp training. The second is Projects in Controlled Environments – Version 2, or Prince2 training, and the third is Management of Risk, or Mor training.

A programme so conceived would obviously consist of many sub-projects which would need to be managed using project management techniques.

The Mor training helps the participants understand the practices that would be involved in managing the corporate level risks faced by the organisations.
