Similar to taking a business analysis training course, or attending change management training, when attending a p3o training course, one should look at the model presented, and how best to use this model within the current company environment.

This system allows the company to be more fluid, by maximizing its ability to change, and preventing departments from being overloaded by a flood of initiatives. Instead, these initiatives can be launched gradually, allowing success in each before moving on to the next. It also provides support for each one of these initiatives, monitoring them. This ensures that only the right programs are launched.
