How do you help correct your back pain? Buy a better chair to sit in while you work
Using an ergonomic chair can add so much comfort to your life and prevent you from having to spend a ton of money on medical bills. A nice leather office chair if used often enough can even prevent you from having to have back surgery if the chair is used often enough and in the ergonomically correct manner.
If you know other people who are friends of yours who have back pain because they slave away at the computer all day working in uncomfortable desk chairs, please recommend to them that they get a nice leather office chair. Some federal statutes even mandate that ergonomic chairs be made available to workers so companies do not have to pay so much for the medical plans and the employee is comfortable. Such laws can be viewed as a win-win situation for both parties involved as long as the regulation is followed and a nice ergonomically correct desk chair is offered to the employee.
